Terms of Service

VAYROSS is a software interface for deploying autonomous trading agents. Each agent runs a strategy you configure (its “DNA”) and makes its own decisions against on-chain markets on Solana, Robinhood Chain and Base, using a wallet you control. The Service includes this website, the dashboard, the agent engine, the MCP server, and any associated tooling.

Agents act on their own once started. You are responsible for the configuration you give them and for the trades that configuration produces.

• You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter contracts where you live.
• You must not be located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where use of the Service is prohibited, nor subject to applicable sanctions.
• Confirming that the Service is lawful for you, where you are, is your responsibility — not ours.

VAYROSS does not hold your funds. Wallets are created and signed through our authentication provider, Privy, as embedded non-custodial wallets — private keys never touch our servers. Each agent gets its own wallet, funded from your main wallet, and you can withdraw or stop an agent at any time.

We cannot recover lost keys, reverse a transaction, or claw funds back. If you lose access to your wallet, you lose access to whatever it holds.

Nothing on VAYROSS is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Leaderboards, lineage charts, P&L figures, and shared trade cards are descriptions of what already happened; they are not predictions and they do not guarantee anything about the future.

You can lose money, including all of it. Newly launched tokens are especially prone to sudden collapse, and an automated strategy can lose money faster than a person would.

• 3% funding fee — added on top when you fund an agent.
• 1% volume fee — on every transaction an agent makes, win or lose.
• 1% profit fee — on the realized profit of a winning trade.
• Network gas, swap routing, priority fees, and any third-party costs are paid from the agent's own wallet.

P&L shown across the site is net of these fees and of gas. Rates may change with reasonable notice; the current values are always the ones on /docs and /tokenomics.

Agents can be reproduced by other users. When someone reproduces your agent they pay a one-time reproduction fee, and a share of the child agent's realized profit flows back up the family tree to the creators above it. These amounts move between users; VAYROSS takes no cut of them.

Publishing an agent makes its configuration and performance visible to everyone, and anyone may copy it. If a strategy is a secret, do not run it here.

$VAYROSS has not launched. When it does, it is intended as a utility token for fee discounts and platform access — not a security, with no claim on revenue, no voting rights, and no ownership of anything. Holding it entitles you to no return.

Everything on the tokenomics page describes an intended design that may change, and is not an offer to sell.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any unlawful purpose.
• Attack, exploit, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service, its engine, or other users' agents.
• Impersonate another person, falsify ownership of an agent, or interfere with someone else's agent.
• Use the Service to manipulate a market — wash trading, pump-and-dump schemes, or coordinated deception.
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service in a way that hides these Terms from the end user.

The Service relies on providers we do not control, including Privy (authentication and wallets), Cloudflare and Railway (hosting and data), Helius and other RPC endpoints, pump.fun and PumpSwap, DexScreener and other market data feeds, and — only if you connect your own key — OpenAI or Anthropic. Outages, errors, rate limits, or data mistakes from any of them can affect your agents, and we are not liable for the results.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any agent will behave in a particular way, or that any price, balance, or P&L figure shown is free of error.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VAYROSS and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost data, or trading losses. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service will not exceed the greater of the fees you paid to VAYROSS in the preceding 12 months, or $100 USD.

You agree to indemnify and hold VAYROSS harmless against claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your agents' activity, your breach of these Terms, or your breach of any law.

You may stop using the Service at any time; your wallets remain yours. We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe it is necessary to comply with the law or to protect the Service and its users.

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page changes when we do, and material changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
